Your photo and permission

By placing an order, you confirm that you own the submitted photo or have permission from its photographer and from the people pictured to use it for commissioned artwork. You confirm that you have the legal right to submit the image for transformation and that it contains no illegal, hateful, explicit, exploitative, or otherwise inappropriate content. You remain responsible for the material you upload.

A unique artistic interpretation

Every portrait is custom-made from a unique source photograph. It is an artistic interpretation—not an exact reproduction—and natural variation is part of the process. Color, texture, facial detail, backgrounds, and stylistic choices may differ between proofs and from examples shown on the website.

Composition, dimensions, and printing

We compose each portrait around the photograph provided. Instead of forcing every memory into identical dimensions, the final artwork is delivered in the aspect ratio that creates the strongest composition while remaining suitable for high-quality printing. Because source photos vary, a particular aspect ratio, crop, or print size cannot be guaranteed. Customers should confirm final dimensions before ordering a custom frame or print.

Proofs, refinements, and refunds

Each order includes two watermarked proofs, one finished high-resolution download, and one refinement request for a material identity, marking, or detail issue. Refinements do not include changing the source pose or creating a different scene. Change-of-mind refunds are available before generation begins. If, after reasonable retries, we cannot deliver a portrait that materially follows the selected style, preserves the recognizable subject and defining details shown in the submitted photo, and meets our stated technical delivery standards, we will refund the order. Refund eligibility is not based solely on personal taste or a preference for a different artistic interpretation.

Your finished portrait

You receive a personal-use license to download, print, display, share, and gift the selected finished portrait. The artwork may not be resold, sublicensed, used as a trademark, or used commercially without written permission from Everyoul.

AI-assisted creation

Everyoul portraits use generative technology under studio-controlled art direction. Hidden style instructions and production methods remain Everyoul property. We may refuse or cancel unlawful, deceptive, exploitative, unsafe, or rights-infringing requests.
